The Revolutionary War
In the Revoltionary War, a reason it started inculde that the conflict was growing between the Colonists and the British. During this war, the British fought the Americans and the Americans overthrew the authority of Great Britain and founded the U.S.
The War of 1812
In the War of 1812 it started because the Americans wanted more land and believed that people in Canada would want to join. In November 1812 the British blockaded the Cheapsake and Deleware Bays. After this war, the British and Americans met in Ghent and became better allies while the Americans opened up for and had respect for other countries.
Both wars are mainly between the British and the Americans. They both dealt with fighting for freedom and THe French fought on the Americans sid eduring both wars.
