Effective Commissioned Officer for USAF

USAF ROTC Year Groups

In this diagram, I attempt to show the differences and similarities between the different year groups within the Air Force ROTC Detachment that I work for. The ultimate goal for all these students/cadets is to be commissioned into the USAF. How they get there and are molded throughout their time in the Det is the most important aspect. Within each circle, I've written out what each year group is working on and trying to master. Between the two circles, are what each year group is going through or working on.
