-Known as Radical Reconstruction
-Origin early as 1866
-Passed the fourteenth
amendment
-had same terms, pardoned, makers had a relationship
-against slavery
-inlcuded equal protection right -Republican
-it was the year after, they both hated the other plan, still had problems
-all tried to
